•There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If cancellation is done before the 24 hours your deposit may be used for your rescheduled appointment within 10 days of cancelled appointment or payment will be forfeited. •SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL INCURE A $10 REBOOKING FEE. You will also be charged 45% of your service fee. •Deposit will be forfeited after 10 days if a new appointment is not scheduled. New appointments must be within the same month or New booking is required. •Full service fee will be charged after 2 cancelled appointments.(refund will not be given). •Full service fee will be charged for no show appointment. •Clients are considered late after 15 minutes (without prior notice and approval from clinician). After 15 minutes there will be an additional fee of $10. Lillian is a Licensed Esthetician with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. She has worked as a Mary Kay Consultant, a makeup artist for MAC Cosmetics, a Skin Therapist for Dermalogica, and the Lead Makeup Artist for IAm Dance Center of the Arts for over 10 years.
Autumn is a Licensed Esthetician that began her aesthetics journey in order to help women learn to love the skin they are in. She specializes in hair removal and skin care. She graduated from Kenneth Shuler in October of 2021. She strives to help you love yourself more by loving your skin!
