Cancellation Policy
•There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If cancellation is done before the 24 hours your deposit may be used for your rescheduled appointment within 10 days of cancelled appointment or payment will be forfeited. •SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL INCURE A $10 REBOOKING FEE. You will also be charged 45% of your service fee. •Deposit will be forfeited after 10 days if a new appointment is not scheduled. New appointments must be within the same week or a new booking will be required. •Full service fee will be charged after 2 cancelled appointments.(refund will not be given). •Full service fee will be charged for no show appointment. •Clients are considered late after 15 minutes (without prior notice and approval from clinician). After 15 minutes there will be an additional fee of $10. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule for a later date. If your clinician is late, you will receive a $10 credit or an add on (of equal or lesser value). •To cancel an appointment after the 24 hour time period, please call or text (803) 386-9702
